1. What is the process for requesting a refund?

A: The Refund process is quite simple just put in you request to return the items purchase through our refund form and we will handle the rest please do give us time to get things processed for you we do handle all request at a first come first serve basis.
2. How long does it take to process a refund?

A: The Refund process can taker up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be refunded back on to the choice of payment method you used  to purchase your items.
3. Can I return an item after purchasing it?

A: YES, Product must still have tag on the item and must not be in a used condition.
4. What is the procedure for returning an item? 

A: Request a return item and refund Form by clicking on returns and refund tab under your order and we will handle the rest at your request.
5. How long do I have to return an item?

A: item MUST be summited in a Return and Refund request no later then 7 Days After the Purchase.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: Yes, Return shipping will be paid by the item hold to be returned to SunRaze as refund is being processed. 
7. How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?

A: 5 to 7 Business  Days.
8. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

A: No, you may pick any item of the same value and must return the existing item back to SunRaze by requesting a Exchange and Return Form .
9. What is the process for exchanging an item?

A: EXCHANGE AND RETURN Form should be submitted  and  item of your choice should be picked and them no longer desired item should be returned no later than 48 hrs upon request .
10. How long does shipping usually take?

A: depending on your location if in the United States shipping should arrive 5- 7 business days after purchase if international time may very due o carrier .
11. Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes, a tracking number will be provided by the carrier.
12. What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?

A: A returned payment will be processed or the damaged or stolen item will be replaced at your request insurance will be provided with each item purchased.
13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 

A: Yes as long as item has not already been shipped by SunRaze , If Already shipped Shipping address change request must be requested through the carrier.
14. Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes package may be shipped via priority, expressed , or prime delivery.
15. What are the shipping charges?

A: Shipping  prices will be determined based of of the items purchased at the time of payment processing.
16. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped? 

A: Yes your item will be returned and a refund payment will be processed.
17. What is the process for cancelling an order?

A: a Refund and Return request is submitted and we will handle the rest for you.
18. Can I place an order for delivery to a different address?

A: Yes items may be shipped to multiple address at your request.
